Kajian Tindakan

1- Tahun 2006 : Menggunakan Kaedah ' COMIL' dalam penguasaan Terminologi Matematik dalam Bahasa Inggeris. Telah dibentang di peringkat Negeri Perak di Pangkor.

2- Tahun 2007 : Meningkatkan penguasaan melakar koordinat pada graf dengan menggunakan teknik "Shake My Body'. Telah dibentang di peringkat Negeri Perak di Submit Hotel, Penang. 

I-Earn Projek

Untuk kali pertama saya telah melaksanakan satu projek international bersama dengan guru-guru dan pelajar luar negara di bawah Tema 'TSUNAMI' bersama 3 orang pelajar pada tahun 2006 dengan jayanya.

Geometer's SketchPad

    Selaku Jurulatih Utama Negeri Perak, saya telah mengadakan pembengkelan pengenalan dan latihan penggunaan Perisian GSP  untuk Matematik kepada seluruh guru-guru matematik bagi Negeri Perak. Selain melatih guru-guru matematik diperingkat negeri, saya juga pernah di jemput khas oleh Daerah Manjung (En. Hassan Bakri PPD Daerah Manjung) untuk tujuan tersebut berfokuskan kepada guru-guru daerah Manjung sahaja.

    Walaubagaimanapun individu yang bertanggungjawab menaikkan saya dengan GSP ini ialah Tuan Hj. Azlan Nordin (JPN Perak - Unit Matematik). Terima Kasih

Title : Estimation of Integrin Number Using RGD peptide (English Version)

    The RGD peptide is identified as a minimum activity part of fibronectin and is noted as a cell adhesive factor. In the low molecule of RGD peptide, it may establish connection to the receptor of cells and raising a bonding check of cells has been expected. In these cases, the RGD peptide's chemical reaction is showed as a transfer restraint effect of a cancer cells.

    This research was aimed to reveal that the cell adhesives check nature of RGD and to try to estimate the number of cells adhesive factor receptor per one cell.

    Firstly, the varieties of 0mM - 1.0mM of RGD solutions was put into a micro plate by 1 mL. Then, 1.0 * 10^6 of HeLa cells was added to these RGD solutions. After that, the micro plate was swung about 20 minutes to produce a reaction and set it up at 37 “C for 90 minutes into the incubator.

    Lastly, the non-bonding of cells was washed away with physiological saline, and fixed them with alcohol. The cell adhesion was observed by a microscope and photos of cell form were taken.

    As results of the experiments, non-bonding rates of cells were shown at 0.8mM and 1.0mM of the RGD. Obviously, it was proportionate to concentration and for an adhesion check occur in 0.2mM, 0.4mM and 0.6mM of RGD peptide.

    If all of 0.8mM of the RGD peptide was combined with each integrins, the numbers of the integrins were estimated by 3.0 X 10^9 per cell.
